Shipping + Returns + Exchanges
The Wishing Well accepts PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Orders are typically processed the same day, but please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing. Usually, if we receive the order by 1:00 pm Monday - Friday, it will be shipped the same day. Orders typically are not processed on Saturdays and Sundays. If an order is placed on the weekend, it will be processed on Monday unless the following Monday is a holiday.
If we discover that an item you ordered is out of stock, we will fulfill the remaining items from your order. You will only be charged for the items that are in-stock. If all the items you order are out of stock, then your order will be cancelled.
Sales tax will not be charged on items sold to customers outside of Mississippi since The Wishing Well is physically located in Mississippi.
The Wishing Well ships all orders via USPS. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions or special requests regarding shipping. All packages sent out will require a signature upon arrival. If you request not to have to sign, you will be liable for lost or damaged goods. USPS is unable to deliver to a Post Office Box. Delivery times depend on the distance the package must travel and other factors.
All returns and exchanges must be shipped back to The Wishing Well within 7 days of delivery day. We track all shipments sent to customers. Customer are responsible for shipping, tracking and insuring all return shipments. All returns will be for store credit or exchange only. No returns on discounted purchases. All sale merchandise sold is a final sale. Shipping is non-refundable. All returned items must be returned unworn, unwashed, smoke-free and stain-free condition and must have the original tags attached. We do not accept returns on hats, cosmetics, jewelry or lingerie.
Please fill out the appropriate return/exchange form, include it in your package along with the original receipt and mail it back to the address on the form.
